Daily Vigorous Ride such benefit ... I exercise on a fixed/one gear, ole fashion Huffy bike. My goal is to Be the best I can, physically fit, mentally still and soulful, open to and receptive of Spirit, within, without, if in doubt ... just BE. I have an eye to metabolic health, body composition to the Conscious Cell. I like to ride wide open in body, practice breathing and "sprinting" on the bike, mind open to what comes, razor sharp, as in Jnana yoga and heart, commune with ALL from birds to curbs and so much more. It's a great way to start the day!
